Hi Welcome our experience in building our first home with Plantation Homes (Henley)
Our land was purchased feb 2014 on inner city brisbane block.
It was actually a 810m2 block where the house was knocked down and subdivided into two.
So essentially is a very narrow small lot measuring 10x40m which limited alot of housing choices and options.
So we searched through alot of different builders Ownit, plantation, metricon, kalka, coral etc...
We decided to go with plantation homes firstly because of their pricing and inclusion and having quite a few friends who have built with them in the last 2 years and been happy with them. Most of all we loved the plan... which I think is one of the most important decisions...
